Domestic Shipping:

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £40, usually charged at £3.00.  All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery and a tracking number will be provided to you along with the dispatch confirmation email. We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day (Monday-Friday) of cleared payment. Royal Mail aim to deliver all packages sent via Tracked 24 within 1 business day however this is an estimate and not a guarantee. International Shipping:

Currently, all items are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We offer global shipping for as little as £10.00 which carries a delivery aim of 5-7 business days, please note this is an estimate and delivery times can be longer during peak periods. All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard unless stated otherwise, this service uses local delivery partners. Returns:

As a customer, you are protected by the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We offer a 30 days return policy if you feel your item is unusable. Once returned, the item can be exchanged for another product or a refund. Please contact us before returning your item and returns must be made in unused condition. The customer is responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the item and any postage charged at purchase will not be refunded.
