We receive many messages each day from customers or potential customers who would like more information about our watch straps. We have answered some of our most frequently asked questions below. Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately we aren't currently able to produce custom watch straps. We are working on bein able to offer custom leather watch straps in the future but have a little way to go yet!

Are Watch And Straps watch straps made with a taper?

All our watch straps are made with a 2mm taper. Therefore the 22mm strap uses a 20mm buckle, the 20mm strap uses an 18mm buckle, etc.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my new watch strap?

Of course, we are happy to offer one free exchange with every watch strap purchase. All you need to do is send us a quick message and someone will be in touch to talk you through the process.

What shipping methods are available?

We have a whole page on our website dedicated to shipping, you can read it here. However, here are the basics: all orders are sipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery as standard. We have a couple of upgrades available including Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and Royal Mail guaranteed Next Day. All international orders are sipped via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery.

Where are you based and can we come and see your straps?

We are based in West Sussex, near Gatwick airport. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical retail presence where you can come and view the full range of watch straps.
